There is no room charge associated with the reservation space. We do ask that you meet the minimum spend requirements to book the space for your exclusive use. If the minimum spend is not met, there will be a room charge applied to the balance owing. Your event coordinator will provide the required minimum spend for your event.

To confirm your event, we require you to return a signed copy of our contract. Please complete a private dining inquiry form if your event is more than 10 guests and will happily send over a contract for your event.
Yes, a final headcount of your guests is required 72 hours before your event.
We do not take a deposit, but we do require a credit card number on file to be used in the event of a cancellation prior to 5 days before the scheduled event.
All menu packages are created based on our seasonal offerings. Menus will change twice yearly and your event coordinator will ensure you have the most updated package to choose from.
We gladly offer custom menu packages or substitutions, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Our Executive Chef is happy to discuss any special requests for custom menu development.

All beverages are charged based on consumption per drink or bottle opened, including taxes and gratuity. We do not offer fixed-price drink packages.
Yes, Corkage charge $25 per bottle. Guests are allowed to bring in their own wine or alcohol.
Cakes and cupcakes are the only outside food permitted.
Yes! You are welcome to decorate your private space to your liking. Cassio’s Restaurant reserves the right to refuse any décor item that is harmful either to the property, its assets and contents, or its employees. Decorations must not be attached to the buildings by using nails, staples, or cellophane tape. Masking tape, confetti, small glitter, and silly string are not allowed in the restaurant.
We are able to rent table linens for your event, at an additional cost. Please contact us to learn more about renting table linens from one of our suppliers.
For lunch events, you will have access to the room at 10:30 AM. For dinner events, you will have access for one hour before your event. There are no prior events, you can access the space four hours beforehand. Please reach out to us confirm.
